Mexican Rice #Noms


1/3rd cup Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp Chile powder
3 Tbsp Ground cumin
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder (fresh would be best)
2 Tbsp Celery
1 Tbsp Basil
3 Cups Rice
5 Cups Chicken Stock
8oz Tomato Paste

Saute onions in oil, add spices, rice, boiling stock, bring to boil and then put in glass pan, bake at 275 for 45 mins.
